Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Monin Shop experience. While we take great care in crafting our premium products, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary.

Return Eligibility

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • All accessories and documentation must be included

⚠️ Non-Returnable Products

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products once opened:

  • Coffee Sauce
  • Coffee Syrup
  • Flavorings & Mixes
  • Frappe & Latte Mix

These items must remain sealed in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

Return & Exchange Process

Request Authorization

Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include your order number and the reason for your return.

Prepare Your Return

Once you receive your RA number, carefully package your items including:

  • The original product in its packaging
  • All included accessories or documentation
  • A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
  • Your RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package

Refund Information

Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Important: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will ship your replacement item once we receive your return.
