While we strive to ensure every product meets our exacting standards, we understand that sometimes an exchange or return may be necessary.

Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Please Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products once opened:
  • Coffee Sauce
  • Coffee Syrup
  • Flavorings & Mixes
  • Frappe & Latte Mix
These items must remain sealed in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Request Authorization

Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include your order number and the reason for your return.

Step 2: Prepare Your Return

Once you receive your RA number, carefully package your items including:

  • The original product in its packaging
  • All included accessories or documentation
  • A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
  • Your RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will ship your replacement item once we receive your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no additional cost to you.
