This strictly hard bean coffee is grown at elevations of 3,900 feet and higher causing the cherries to mature slower resulting in a dense cherry with an extremely rich flavor. Medium-bodied and perfectly balanced, this gourmet coffee has rich chocolate and caramel notes with a sharp finish.
